Points to note
-
The route is not waymarked or marshalled so navigation skills are essential
-
The route will cross Dartmoor Live Firing ranges so please check they are clear before setting off!
-
Take map, compass, mobile phone, waterproofs, food and fluids in line with the estimated time out on the ground and weather conditions. This is Dartmoor! If that doesn't mean anything to you then please keep to the treadmill!
-
The route will definitely involve crossing areas of open moorland with no tracks or paths, many stream/ river crossings and lots of tough ground. Fell shoes or equivalent are essential.
-
Don't expect to see many people. Cut Hill is one of the most remote places in the UK.
-
To prove and verify you have visited each peak, publish your strava or equivalent on our Dartmoor 600 Facebook page, complete with photos, if available.
-
We'll then add you to our Dartmoor 600 Members List...
