The Lydford Dash - 5m trail race
The Lydford Dash is approximately 5 miles in length over undulating ground incorporating rough fields, rough tracks, two river crossings with stepping stones and a bridge, a gravel track and about 250 yards (193 meters) on tarmac, (virtually traffic free) and then across a beautiful common.
