You helped me via FaceTime about 10 days ago with knee exercises (when I thought I may have needed new running shoes).
It’s going well and I did the exercises... my knees are now much better and I’m starting my third week with ‘week 3’ which is still a challenge...
I can’t thank you enough 😃😀😊🙂🏃♀️🏃♀️ and I’ll get back to you again soon when I need some running goodies! xx
