Please read all the information below to understand how we will operate moving forward. If you’d like to buy a pair of running shoes or other bits of kit, we’d like to make sure it is as safe and still an enjoyable experience as possible.
We have had to undertake a thorough risk assessment for your safety and that of our staff. That means only two people in store at any one time. We have a dedicated fitting area and a separate waiting area if you are early or appointments over run.
We are currently operating an appointment only service. Please book though the Facebook calendar or call/ message/ email us to book your appointment. We will not let you in store if you do not have an appointment.
If you are feeling under the weather on the day of your appointment, please stay at home and rebook for a later date.
Appointments are available: Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm (or at other times upon request)
Please note that the door will be locked, so please knock.
Waiting outside? – Please queue sensibly and 2 metres apart.
To help us manage keeping things clean – please do not handle things unnecessarily in the shop.
Please bring your own socks if trying running shoes on.
All shoes tried on will be date labelled and put to one side for up to 72 hours.
Card payments are preferred but we will take cash. We will clean the card machine/ till after each transaction. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer while in store, if you prefer.
