Popped up to the shop for the first time during their open evening last Monday.
I've been struggling with my shins and always just buy a pair of running shoes off the shelf or online.
I was struggling to get over two miles without pain but they checked me out and recommended new trainers and after three runs the difference is remarkable.
The service was great and worthwhile - I wish I had of popped out years ago.
Just completed a 10k pain free, still need to work on the fitness to get my times back up but I'm in a position to work towards that again now.
