Tavistock Military Fitness

Our military style fitness class is held on Monday evenings at 7pm in Tavistock Meadows.

We meet at 6:55pm by the wooden coffee hut, ready to exercise for one hour.

Please wear clothing suitable for exercising outdoors, and expect to get muddy! If necessary, bring dry clothing for after. Also bring a bottle of water.

Our mission is to achieve optimism fitness levels through hard work while having fun.

The cost is £5 per session or £15 per month thereafter.
